Headboard

Made from locally sourced walnut, the rough cut live edge slab was initially milled to final thickness and all imperfections were then filled with slightly tinted epoxy. After sanding was completed, the headboard was finished with natural Danish oil and sprayed with a satin lacquer topcoat. A custom French cleat style mount was created and attached to the back to securely hang the headboard for a clean, floating appearance.
