Live Edge Table

A new customer contacted me about a large slab of wood that was gifted to her and had been sitting in her garage for years. It had taken up too much space for far too long and she wanted to turn it into something useful. After sharing a few photos we decided to turn it into a live edge, bar height table. The slab of white oak was flattened to 1 1/2″ and cut to length to create the top. Any imperfections were then filled with tinted epoxy and prepped for a natural Danish oil finish. The steel legs are custom and finished matte black.
